Founded in 2019, Jupiter today has reached 5 lakh customers and aims to expand this base to approximately 2 million (20 lakh) users by December 2022. As of present day, the company is adding 5,000 to 6,000 new users every day, and has also recorded transactions of over Rs 450 crores in December 2021.

“Jupiter as a platform is primarily designed for today’s smartphone users. In Gujarat alone, most of our customers are from cities such as Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat and Rajkot. One thing that sets us apart from others is that we provide customized recommendations to our users on how to efficiently manage their finances. Through the medium of spend analytics and our in-built AI chat support, our platform is essentially a bank on your smartphone,” said Mr. Jitendra Gupta – Founder & CEO of Jupiter.

With the recently raised Series C funding of USD 86 million backed by renowned investors such as Sequoia Capital and Tiger Global, Jupiter is truly building a next-gen consumer banking experience for India.

“By April/May of 2022, we also aim to introduce our loan and advance provision services on the platform while allowing users to track and monitor their credit as well. The 21st century consumer wants a smarter way of banking and we are here to deliver on the same”, added Mr. Jitendra Gupta.
